Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful space. Great layout, convenient location, and very homey feel! The host answered all my questions in a timely manner and our overall experience was very positive!

Summary: Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. Very easy to communicate with the owners.

Summary: This house was perfect for our party of 8 — 2 couples and 4 adult kids. Having the living areas on the middle floor, with the bedrooms above and below, made for a great compromise between privacy and togetherness. We lacked for nothing, the kitchen was especially well supplied, and communication prompt and friendly. (We bought tension rods to rig a curtain for the skylight over the upstairs bed — but that was the only adjustment we had to make for comfort.)

Summary: Great stay over the 4th of July. I wish they had a grill but we had a great time using the fire pit in the back yard. Kitchen was great and even had some essentials which arent normally in rentals, which was nice.

Summary: Everything was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The place was super clean ,comfortable and conveniently located. But , Angelica , the host was extremely helpful with places to eat and things to do . We can’t wait to come back. You won’t ever be disappointed if you stay here.

Summary: Although our check-in was rather challenging, once we were able to gain access to the house it became aa lovely stay. Our host, Angelica, was very responsive to our needs. I don't place the blame for our check-in difficulties except to say that the info on VRBO was not up to date. The house is lovely and spacious and was comfortable for a family gathering of 8 folks. Entrance is through the ground level where there are 2 bedrooms and an additional door is on the second level. There are an additional 2 bedrooms on the third level. We found the beds quite comfortable. There were lots of towels for use in the house as well as several for the beach. The spacious kitchen was well stocked with utensils and lots of glassware and plates as well as toaster, blender, griddle, etc. In summary, we had a lovely time on Labor Day weekend in spite of some weather that limited our beach time. The cozy living room and board games allowed us to remain engaged and comfortable in spite of the weather.
